Partially work
I was getting ready to send it back and decided to try once more.I do see some of the photos and videos that it transferred. But they also still showing on my iPad mini. I don’t understand that. The app itself doesn’t work with the usb flash. It doesn’t work at all with my iPhone 16 pro. I’m still trying to work with it because of some transfers. Overall I’m not satisfied with it. A 1TB flash.

The app was amazing before.
The application has several issues with the advanced updates. First, there is a bug in the dark mode. Second, there is an inability to share files with other applications. Third, and most importantly, the file locking tool with a password has disappeared.
I hope the issues are fixed so we can use your company's tools.

Very limited & poorly presented
App can’t even handle files a few hundred MB large? What is this? The late 90’s ?? Good thing I only tried the app and didn’t buy their product. It can only open large files, but nothing else.
Crashes
When I got the new iPhone 14, this app crashes. Now I can’t back up my phone. Is there an issue with new iPhone and this?
Why don’t this work anymore?
I’ve got my flash drive for iOS and it is still able to be loaded on a PC but the app is dead weight on my phone and has been for a year or two. I hate to lose any data that I’m not able to offload on the drive….
Can’t update.
Something about a previous purchase. Won’t accept my information. I have several gigabytes of personal information that I have no access to now.

I love it!
I bought the DuoLink 3.0 a few years back, and I have used it everyday. Unfortunately, mine was lost a few months back. I wish I could find a replacement drive, but they are no longer for sale

aftre the update, I can not open any of the audio files, either mp3 , wma, or m4a files, either on the internal or external storage, using my iphone x or ipad pro.
after clicking the selected audio file, it went back to iphone or ipad homescreen directly without playing it.
all the other video mp4 files, and pdf files work normal as before.

Bug? Mise à jour?...
Très satisfaite au début de cette clé! Permet de faire des transferts entre pc et téléphone facilement et/ou d’avoir un espace de stockage supplémentaire. Très pratique pour les sauvegardes de contact aussi!
Mais aujourd’hui, impossible!.....
Je m’aperçois qu’il n’y a plus de mise à jour depuis un petit moment...
Un abandon du développeur ?..
Cette clé devient peu à peu inutile pour le téléphone... elle devient une clé usb basique...
Démarche volontaire pour pousser à la consommation? Ou inattention du développeur ? Peut-on espérer une réaction pour corriger les bugs constatés?...

You made this app useless.It does not open any files on iPad
Once upon a time this app functioned (awkwardly).Your “fix something bug” made the whole thing a bug. The help button goes to a page that doesn’t exist.Fix it or get out of here

It was working great and all if sudden today it was not opening, and shows no data there.

Updated to new IOS and now it does not work anymore.
Very good and useful
This app is perfect for saving any files and essentially backing up your phone just in case. The only issue I’m having right now is that whenever i try to play music off this app it crashes the app. Please fix and App will be perfect again.
MP3 files no longer play
Just loaded the July 4 update. Up to now, this was a great app that stored jpg files and allowed me to listen to MP3 music and MP4 videos. The videos still play but MP3 music cancels the app. Hence, no more music or downloaded talk shows. Upgrade 1.6.7 upgrade ruined everything!

Updated 7 /16/20 and it stop playing music on my iphone
Kinda upset
I have never had an issue with my app before but when I plug my pny 3.0 usb in it won’t play my music anymore I click on the song and the app closes and won’t play the song.
