閃退不更新爛

Data Transfer Crashing
Selecting multiple files from iPhone to clear data and the app crashes every time I click move or copy... not sure this jump drive is worth the cost and "convenience" unless they can resolve this issue.

I’m trying to use it it’s not working the old version keeps on closing the app and when I installed the new version same it just worked but I cannot access my memory card please help to fix this problem
