Works - sometimes
I wish they had some support. The webpage has nothing and they don’t seem to be updating it. 15 Pro Max and it has audio issues all the time. Garbled audio, low audio, no audio. Sometimes it works with AirPods as the mic or a plug in mic but it’s hit or miss.

Hey sorry the support email in the app was pointing at the wrong email. Both the wrong email in the app and the external mic issues are fixed with the version 2.3.

I bought this app exactly 5 years ago, Jan 2021, maybe was free then can’t remember, and I was delighted with functionality and features, This update is now a whole new app that has micro transactions options for most of features, and my previous buy doesn’t restore purchases, so I’m locked out of features, which is common practice today, but SO ANNOYING!!! And the watermark added on video???!! Really nasty practice!!!

Doesn't work
App Store description says last update was 2 yrs ago (very 1.5) so you need to update again. But that update description in app store says you added support for iPhone 14 Pro cameras -- except you haven't! I have 14 Pro and when I open app I get a pop up that says "unable to capture media". I get a black screen (camera lens doesn't open) and tapping on the red video button doesn't do anything.

Completely wrecked my phone.
Now this app looks like it would have a lot of potential, but I can’t use it because I’m visually impaired, so I have to use voiceover which is a type of text to speech on my phone designed by Apple. But the second I got in your app I couldn’t even use the text to speech it wasn’t talking it wasn’t doing anything. And I need this bug to be fixed because I really would love to try this out, because it’s great for videos and Vlogs because I love the front and back camera functionality because it’s really cool! But I need this bug to be fixed because I can’t use it otherwise.

Works great, no limitations-be sure to tip

An sich ok aber wenn man die einzelnen Linsen 0,5,1x und 2x in der Aufnahme wechselt dann ist der Ton asynchron. Somit in diesen Modi nicht zu gebrauchen

Great concept; has bugs
Lived using Duo Cam for personal messages, etc. with great success and ease of use.
When I used it for a professional project most recently, resizing the front facing window caused that video angle vuewbto not be recorded in full. Even though resized and moved the front window to capture my whole body, only my shoulder was in the frame, even though when I was recording I saw my entire self in the shot. This is clearly a bug caused by resizing the front facing angles and adjusting it back and forth from portrait back to landscape mode. I lost a project because of it.
Without the bugs it's worth five stars, but for now it is counter productive.

Perfect and free
Ok with iPhone XR perfect for blogueurs or YouTubeurs
Highly Recommended App, BUT . . .
I have REALLY wanted an app like this for a long time. Most don’t work right on my iPhone XS Max. However, to get five stars, I would like to see the following:
1) It seems only portrait is supported. I mostly prefer shooting in landscape mode. Can you fix this so I won’t have to edit the screen orientation in after recording the video using iMovie?
2) It’s not clear whether I am shooting in 1080p 60 FPS or whatever else. Can you clarify that or make it possible to change the quality settings?
3) I would love to be able to upload directly to my YouTube and share to other cloud platforms immediately after filming so I don’t have to go to my Photos app, the YouTube app, etc. to share/upload afterwards.
4) A few basic editing controls might help. I have a Black Lab that’s hard to capture in certain lighting. Any chance you’d consider adding some basic editing/lighting controls?
5) How about an option to live stream to a variety of platforms directly from this app? Simultaneous broadcasting to selected platforms would be amazing, but even letting it stream to one platform would be very useful.

Says that it works on iPad. Doesn’t.
The compatibility says that it works with my device, but it actually doesn’t. Only works with XR, apparently.

Missing expected features
Black frames are recorded at the beginning and/or the end of the video. They can be edited out in the Photos app, but this is really annoying.
Also, I would expect an option to save 2 separate video clips from each camera instead of having one video with a Picture-in-Picture. But this is not possible. Disappointed.

Supports external audio, instant developer replies
Does exactly what I needed: Recording from back and front cam at the same time, while also supporting audio from external source (mic on lightning port).
When I reached out to the developer, asking for a feature I needed, he added it within one day and sent me a beta invitation.
