About
What do I cook tonight, and how much goes on whose plate?
Duodiet answers for both of you. The two plans live together: one shopping list, portions already split, every meal ticked off as you eat it.
One list instead of two
The whole week for both of you, added up at once, sorted by aisle and rounded to the packet: not "peaches 300 g" seven times, but "peaches 1.85 kg — take 2 kg". You tick at the counter and the item disappears from the list of whoever stayed home.
Cook once, serve two portions
When the dish is the same, the app tells you how much goes in the pan and how much goes on each plate. The night before, it reminds you about the pulses to soak and the fish to move out of the freezer.
Your dietitian's PDF becomes your week
Load it, and the app reads it and shows you what it understood, line by line, before saving. One minute and the plan is in. No PDF? Type the meals in by hand.
The right amounts without thinking
Every food with your grams and theirs, side by side. Something missing at home? Pick one of the swaps your plan allows: the app redoes the maths.
Results, without spreadsheets
Weight and measurements when you feel like it. Goals in steps: week, month, finish line. And the day's water, one tap per glass.
Together, but each one owns their plan
The other person joins with a code: shopping and cooking become shared, the diet stays with whoever uploaded it. Your data sits on European servers, encrypted, and nobody else sees it. You delete the account from inside the app, any time, and it takes everything with it.
Load your plan: your very next shop is already for two.
Duodiet organises the plan your own professional gave you: it doesn't calculate diets, it gives no nutritional advice and it doesn't replace a doctor.
