BEWARE DUPLICATE PHOTO CLEANER
I have a few hundred duplicate photos in my camera roll. However, I’m not trusting enough to allow any program to just apply its judgment. I let this program search for duplicates, but before letting it delete all, but the highest quality photo, I decided to see which photos are considered duplicates. In one case there were five duplicates, but I was horrified to find they were five very different photos. The difference was plain to see even in a thumbnail!
I sent an email to the author to make them aware of it and included a screenshot. The reason I am writing this review is to give a heads up to anyone using this, or any other duplicate remover, to take any recommendations with a LUMP of salt! Do not blindly follow anyone’s recommendations!
I want to find a piece of software that will look for duplicates and show all of the candidate photos, with the file names and ALL metadata, so that I can review in an educated way, to confirm that they are the same photo, and which truly is the best version of a given photo!

FAKE AND SLOOOOOW
agonizingly slow cannot simply show you things with the same file size and when I looked in the recently deleted folder it showed undeleted items which then if i had deleted would have deleted them!

Cleaning well
It cleans well for what i tried. Beware of images, names might be a duplicate, not the image itself. It has many ads, but i can deal with it.

In a matter of seconds all my duplicates are gone! It even can minimize your contacts ! I was almost over my storage limit and now I have so much feeed up!

Didn’t work.
This app is a joke. I can’t believe so many have it. I have 227.3gb used of storage and this app tells me it’s all ‘other’. None of it is pictures. And that I have no duplicates. That’s laughable. It’s ALL pictures and videos with a few apps. And I KNOW I have duplicates.
Laggy after Update
Everything takes longer to load and buttons are not responsive. I tried to tap the back button, but nothing worked, so I had to close the app and rescan. The app is better at finding duplicates though, so that’s a bonus.
Be careful
Doesn’t remove duplicates. Watch the request to delete pics because they’re not the same. Ex: It cut a sun out of a sunset scene.
