User friendly???
First time I tried to use the app, could not get it to take my username or password. Kept getting error message. No place for forgot/reset my password, or forgot username. No place to receive an email or phone text code to get the information to sign in with. So many programs at work, at home, online.... It's easy to confuse them all. Please make an upgrade to make this app more user friendly. (Still haven't been able to log in!!) frustrating!!!
