This app was working perfectly fine just a week ago and as a student that needs to get to school for exams this week just to find that the app will not let me log in and says “this email is not known” each time I try to reset my password.

not available in my city anymore?
i’m a student and i live in a state where my city used to be shown on the app and supported so i’d be able to look at where my bus is, but after this school year it just stopped showing for my city and some other cities in my state which is pretty disappointing, i check back every now and then to see if they were put back and they weren’t, it’s 6:58 right now and i’m waiting in the cold for my bus

Enhancement
A very helpful enhancement would be to indicate to the user whether or not the bus has or has not yet completed its stop at your child's specific bus stop. This is important because the "scheduled" pick up time is almost never accurate. Because of this, based on the current reported location of the bus, it can be difficult to determine whether the bus has already stopped and you missed it, vs whether its still on its way to your stop.

Doesn’t always work as it should. Sometimes, it shows the bus still at the school when it should be out route to pickup or drop your child. Messages, alerts are never used by the school bus company which makes it frustrating for parents to have to reach out to the school and the school bus company.
Today the bus didn’t pick up my child or the other kids in the neighborhood, no communication with parents and my child had to ride with another student’s grandparent to school. Totally unacceptable. When the app did work, it showed that it was in another city in Euless, TX.

Doesn’t work
I’ve been trying to put my 2 kids on the app and it says students not found. Doesn’t matter if it’s an iPhone, android or computer the app does not work and no one can do anything about it or help with it.. waste of time
Hardly ever moves
The app is completely unreliable. It never updates in real-time, and the bus is always shown as being in the parking lot, even when it’s on the way or already at our stop. This defeats the purpose of having a tracker in the first place. Very frustrating, especially when you're relying on it to know where the bus actually is!

Ridiculous
This app was last updated 4 years ago, which is insane as parents rely on this for their children. Didn’t really have you many issues last year, but it was still a headache. This year, however, already is very stressful. The bus icon will just stop moving. You literally don’t know when the bus will actually be arriving. Something needs to be done with this app.

App doesn’t work
They won’t update my child’s bus
They changed our child’s bus # after the first week of school but refuse to switch her over to her current bus on the app. Very worthless until they get her changed to her new bus and it’s the middle of October should’ve been done by now.
I rated it one style
Every time this app just an update it makes me need to re-login and you see I’m using my mom’s account and she forgot her password so I’m not able to track the bus anymore. I have to get a new app I don’t like this app it doesn’t work as well whenever it doesn’t track subs and sometimes it’ll take a minute before the best move. When really it’s almost here once I almost missed the bus because the bus tracker said it was at an intersection that wasn’t very close to my house and then it got to my neighborhood.

SSL errors
Not helpful when you can’t log in. Keep getting SSL ERRORS and no way to report it. This app works about as much as it doesn’t.
This app is terrible
I haven’t had nothing but problems with this app. Now my kids school won’t even show up and I uninstalled and re-download it.
Frustrating
The app does not work when I am connected to Wi-Fi on my iPhone. I have to disconnect from work and use cellular data only to get it to work. Kind of frustrating, especially when trying to get kids off to school in the morning
Rarely works
This app doesn’t work most of the time. After 5 years of unreliable service our school district switched to BusZone. Much better. I do not recommend this app.
