So app downloaded fine, but would not let me sign in. Password function in app is broken. Works on my office computer but not my phone so useless for building access. Tried many work arounds and no go

Can’t even register because it doesn’t even recognize the Times Square building at all though it is a Durst property. Weird that Durst tells us to download the app when it doesn’t work. Deleting.

I work in a large skyscraper in Times Square and the Durst Company held an event in the lobby asking people to install the app.
But when I downloaded and installed the app, it requires you to enter your building address
When I enter my buildings address, my building is not listed in the drop down menu. When I enter my employer name, who occupies like 7 floors in the building, the company is not listed in the drop down menu.
I ultimately want to use my phone to get thru security and one day I want to use my Apple Watch
