About

DutyCal pulls your roster from your crew portal and syncs it to iPhone Calendar. It also prints a clean monthly sheet so your family can see what's happening at a glance. For pilots and cabin crew who fly out at 4 a.m. and want their household to know the month ahead. No chat group. No screenshots. No explaining it again over breakfast. DutyCal Plus subscription required to sync your roster after a 3-day free trial. ¥550/month or ¥5,000/year. Cancel anytime. DutyCal currently supports crew at MM and 7G. Additional airlines on the roadmap. Other portals will not sync. ROSTER, ON YOUR PHONE Log in once with your crew portal credentials. DutyCal fetches your duty schedule, reconciles changes across publishes, and writes every flight, standby, training day, and day off to a dedicated calendar on your iPhone. Works offline once a roster is loaded. THE FRIDGE SHEET A printable A4 landscape view, one row per day, color-coded for flight duty, airport standby, home standby, training, sick, and off. Stick it on the fridge. Your partner stops asking. Designed to be readable at arm's length. ALARMS THAT WAKE YOU Pre-departure alarms set themselves on every flight day and airport standby. They ring through Silent mode and Focus, the way the iOS Clock app does, and stop only when you dismiss them. You choose your at-base lead time. No accidental snooze. A MONTHLY PAY ESTIMATE A running pre-tax estimate of the month so far, built from your duty hours, sectors, and credit. Past months compared against your original published roster. No payslip data leaves the phone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your login is stored in iOS Keychain, locked to your device. No account creation. No DutyCal servers. No analytics. No third-party trackers. Face ID protects the app on launch. BUILT BILINGUAL Full English and Japanese throughout, including the fridge sheet. Switch languages without restarting. WHAT IT COSTS 3-day free trial on both plans, then DutyCal Plus subscription required to continue. - Monthly: ¥550/month - Yearly: ¥5,000/year Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No ads. No data sold. DutyCal is built for crew. Try it free for 3 days and see your next month in one view. Privacy Policy: https://dutycal.app/privacy Terms of Use: https://dutycal.app/terms

What's New in DutyCal

FLIGHT LOGBOOK Bring in up to 24 months of your flying and print it as a flight-log form page totals, carried-forward hours, night movements and your signature. Anything your company system left incomplete is gathered on one screen, so you can fill in the hours before you print. For pilots, where the company system supports it. ANOTHER AIRLINE SUPPORTED Sign in with your crew portal ID and DutyCal reads your roster the same way it does for the carriers already supported flights, reserve, training and days off, into your calendar in your own home time zone. Pay estimates follow your contract: monthly guarantee, premium hours, deadhead, critical-pay tiers, per diem, vacation, training and computer-based training credit. MONTH-TAB TRADING Pick up or drop a trip and the Month tab shows what it did to the month, day by day. MORE RELIABLE IMPORTS A long import could previously stall and never finish. Every request now gives up rather than hanging for ever, retries once, and tells you when it is still waiting. A run that fails now says so instead of spinning. FIXES - Check-in, check-out and lobby times no longer wrap on smaller screens - Section headers, sub-lines and footnotes now meet WCAG AA contrast in both light and dark - The language setting is honoured everywhere choosing English on a Japanese device now actually gives you English - Onboarding and the announcement screens scroll properly, so the button is reachable on every size - The logbook's "needs your input" screen confirms when you are done instead of going blank - Page and running totals for takeoffs and landings now add up on the printed logbook As always: no accounts, no servers, nothing leaves your device.
