The App works When it Wants
The app is a huge disappointment. It feels like I have to reconnect what feels like every week and you have to keep putting your long WiFi password in each time and is becoming a joke now
Duux fan
The best fans we’ve had. Whisper mode even on high setting is still quiet so able to use during the night without being disturbed. Been brilliant during the current heatwave. Bit more expensive but definitely worth the money. Keeps the baby cool in his room. I’ve recommended to friends and they’ve not been disappointed.

Why can no longer select natural & night mode
Since the last update you cannot select night mode & natural.

Excellent App
The Whisper flex 2 Smart Fan is simply outstanding in terms of noise level, and air that seems cooler than other fans. The app opens up more flexibility in control of the device. You can set a timer, schedule amount of hours each day you want your device to switch on and off. You can control level of coolness, oscillation, vertical oscillation, even the degree of oscillation, or even turn it off. Excellent product, excellent app.

Connexion impossible

No temperature control, useless app
Bought the Duux Threesixty heater expecting proper temperature control, but the app doesn’t even allow you to set a target temperature — only Low, Medium, or High. That completely defeats the purpose of a “smart” heater.
The app shows the current temperature (e.g. 19°C), but gives you no way to set something like 21°C and let it regulate automatically. So you end up constantly adjusting it manually… which you could do without the app anyway.
Very disappointing for the price and branding. Feels unfinished and misleading. Would not recommend unless they fix this with a proper thermostat control.

App Not Working
Tried to control my two heaters and the app won’t send the instructions. On/off changes to green then 20 seconds later reverts to off. No response from devices. Deleted and reinstalled app and still not working. All other home WiFi devices are fine so it’s definitely the app.
Do not buy
It just doesn’t work. The support are useless. Don’t answer questions, just a load of rubbish. The most expensive paperweight.
Don’t waste time on the app
Don’t waste time on the app. Sadly, I spent a whole evening trying EVERYTHING (deleting the app changing WiFi from 5 to 2ghz changing email, moving the heaters - I have 3, 360 space heaters all for nothing. This rates as the most annoying app ever!) The heaters are smart and stylish, work well and worth buying. The app is atrocious. Duux needs to do something about it.

Disappointing in so many ways
Purchased at the start of winter. Firstly it doesn’t really warm the room properly, any room. It will if left on long enough make things ever so slightly warmer. Then there’s the app, which is beyond hit and miss meaning that we can’t use the fan a good 50% of the time

It's not often you buy a product that exceeds expectations. It looks great, the app is incredible and it warms my office in the depths of winter within minutes

The app is out of date
I bought this little heater because I am quadriplegic and I need to use an app to control whatever I'm using via voice control. Until recently it was really good, on the home picture of the heater there was a wheel that you could turn to change the temperature up or down.
Since iOS 26 all of that functionality is missing, and despite emailing the customer service team to ask about it all they've done is apologise and do nothing.
The heater itself is great, but since I've lost all the functionality that I use most often now I'm on iOS 26 and there doesn't seem to be any plan to update it I can't score it more than two at the moment. The app seems to be an afterthought for them.
