decent... i guess?
it's fine but the 123 and #+= parts push the keyboard out of wack and you can't really fix it
Cuts off bottom section when switching to numbers
The bottom section (which includes the space bar) is cut off when I switch to numbers. This is a major problem.
Works but......
Considdering this keyboard is free it seems hardly fair to complain, however if ur on a newer iphone model (mine is 11 pro) this app simply doesn't fit and some keys aren't even available to press
which in itself isn't my problem, its mainly the lack of sensitivity ill have to keep pressing keys ive already pressed and they still wont register, which is frustrating
Despite the problems i understand the creator made what he could for free. Its a good app and works but its very basic and these problems are minor in comparison to what u get. Seems like this is abandoned by the developer though and u wont see these problems get fixed anytime soon.

please fix
I saw all the bad reviews but i thought maybe, just MAYBE it had been fixed. No. Still super messed up. Guess i'm stuck with qwerty for now. Really wanted to try dvorak since i heard it was super efficient, but guess i can't. I don't know what happened to this app.. The number keyboard is completely messed up, to the point where i can't even use space. Just please, PLEASE fix your app. I recommend not downloading this app, it's not worth your time unless it's been fixed...

Broken af
With how broken the button sizes are I just save use this keyboard at all. What a shame. Stuck with QWERTY for now, on mobile at least. App needs an update badly.
Flawless when used with the Samsers keyboard
I was happily surprised that this app enables me to flawlessly use my Samsers Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard with my iPhone with the Dvorak keyboard layout. Sure, the keys on the top row of letters still physically contain all the letters needed to spell “Typewriter” but they are joyfully remapped to the Dvorak characters ‘ , . p y g c r l
I type at over 100wpm, making speed of mapping a crucial consideration. I experienced no notable lag in my typing. All of the characters I typed were perfectly relayed to my iPhone and the Microsoft OneNote App that I was typing in.
I highly recommend this app for anyone that wants to use a Bluetooth keyboard with their iPhone. Note: I chose the Samsers keyboard because it has a fold right where it ought to be for productive Dvorak typing. (No fingers ever cross the fold)

Can’t use numbers
Great idea. Sadly when I click on the “numbers” key, the keyboard expands vertically so the last row I see at the bottom of my screen is the “#+=“ key and the others (. , ? ! ‘). The lower row of keys appears below so I can’t click on them. This makes that, when I need to type a number an click on the key to go to the numbers keyboard, I must close the app and reopen it to start again with the default keyboard with letters.
Plus: there are no accents when I leave the vowels pressed, so I can’t use it when I’m typing in spanish. :(

Needs an update
I don’t know exactly what IOS update ruined this keyboard, but when switching over to the numbers, it doesn’t fit the screen properly. This makes it impossible to apply spaces and the only way to switch back to alphabetical is to leave the typing prompt. It would be awesome to see these problems fixed.

I lied this until iOS 13....
I loved using this until iOS 13 came along. It has compatibility issues that made using it with things like FB Messenger nearly impossible so I finally deleted it. Bummer.
No ads or paid version!
Although I admit it could use some polishing, the fact alone that it has no ad bloatware, spyware or premium paid crap alone merits a 5 star. Keep up the great work man, things that aren't blatantly for profit are getting rare on app store.
Does not work
Will not load on ipad, Says it is loading but is stuck there.
Weaknesses
First, the separation of text from punctuation seems unnecessary and is time-consuming.
Second, some of the defaults in punctuation control are undesirable and more difficult to control than in a standard keyboard.
For example :
I always use a space between a word and a colon.
I always use a space between a word and a question mark or an exclamation mark.
These aesthetic choices are overridden by the keyboard software coding.

Ok
It does not allow you to type a puctuation without it automatically hugging to the word to the left. So no smiley faces.:( The keyboard alsa isn't responslve to typing so it doesn't feel modern.
Please enable predictive disable!
I cant write good in spanish
Doesn't show up in list of keyboards
Can't add the keyboard
Needs work, but please keep developing
This keyboard needs a lot of work to be practical, but there are so few dvorak keyboards available (2?) that I wouldn't want to discourage the author. There's real potential here.
Issues include:
1. The lag is as bad as others have stated. I supect Apple has the code sandboxed in some way, because other after-market keyboards have the same problem.
2. Forget about typing double letters - the second one won't register until the animation for the first has completed, so you'll end up typing snoze, boks, neds, mised, etc. every. single. time. Also, if I have to go back and add spaces between words one more time, my phone will go through the drywall.
3. Leading quotes, dashes, parentheses, etc. always get bumped back and appended to the previous word. Good luck trying fix that - nearly every auto-thing it does for you will insist on putting the change back when you're done cleaning it up.
4. The display correctly switches to capitals after a period, etc. But it types lowercase, and pressing the caps button to fix this unfixes it somehow. So you flip and type several times until you have the correct case.
5. The display sizes are incorrect, sometimes. Sometimes I lose the button to switch back to letters from punctuation; sometimes the display hides what I'm typing.
6. The caps lock is always sticky. 😡
7. Apparently keyboards use their own autocorrect and spell-check. This one isn't very good 😕 Though I would rather pound nails into my foot than have to come up with my own code for this.
All of that said, I would pay for this keyboard if these issues were addressed. Kudos to the author for taking on a complex but gaping hole in Apple's OS.

Keyboard too flat
This keyboard is too flat on my iPad. Please make it longer!!!!
Does not support external keyboards
This app only changes the onscreen keyboard. Simple enough to use and seems to be well implemented. One big problem. When I connect a wireless keyboard and select Dvorak for All from the keyboards in the onscreen keyboard but start typing with my Bluetooth keyboard it's still in QWERTY. Shame on Apple for still not supporting those of us with disabilities and other Dvorak users. I would give 5 stars to this app if it supported wireless keyboards.

Novel but impractical as is.
Needs polishing. Keys need scaled down. Latency needs cut drastically. Double tapping is inconsistent. Any speed advantage from the Dvorak layout is lost in the latency. Impractical for daily use.
Please add option to remove the predictor
I don't like how tiny the letters become because of it. Other than that great app. Please give an option to remove it
