but it hasn't been working since last week. when retrieving a list of available servers, it returns the error "data couldn't be read because it is missing."

I’m pleasantly surprised with how well DVPN works, and their no-nonsense approach to creating a fully-functioning decentralized VPN service using modern protocols like V2Ray without overhyped marketing and copy-paste client code. Practically 99% of VPN providers reuse the same IPs or run their host servers on cheap virtualized instances from a cheap large server host, making it obvious to the internet you’re using a VPN leading to throttling or just sites blocking you.
My suggestion to the developers is to add more protocols for the VPN and the option to configure a custom DNS. There are some novel protocols like QUIC and vpn-ws for when your ISP isn’t blocking you and you prefer the lowest latency.
