Did not connect
Instructions given were in a foreign language. If you got through the initial download, my phone advised that this is harmful software. I forged ahead and was asked for a password, which the manufacturer of the hardware did not advise. Once you get over all the above hurdles, it failed to connect, even after repeated uninstalling and reinstalling. Extremely poor. It also installed a foreign language app that I had no idea of what it was and kept sending notifications that interrupted my phones performance. I would never recommend this app and associated hardware.

App froze after reviewing some saved videos. Tapping the top left back arrow [<] did nothing!
I forced quit the app and started it again. Please update this app as this video camera device controlled by an iPhone is a great idea.

Upside down video and connects sometimes
The camera, after 2 months of giving up, finally connected. The video is displayed and records upside down. When connected to my iPhone it disconnects the Internet and cellular. The record button is supposed to flash blue but doesn't.

Getting it to connect to your iPhone or android is nearly impossible every time you go in and you connect it tells you to restart the app and it disconnects when you restart the app and you end up going into this loop where you never get it to communicate they just really didn’t think this thing through go out by a better product spent a little more money

Худе приложения я ещё не видел. Частичный перевод на русский, приложение глючное, обновить через него по Wi-Fi видеорегистратор IBOX не получится никогда. Функционал такой якобы есть, но по факту его нет!!!

Give me some English instructions for my body cam so I can use this app. Even after installing your software it doesn’t connect my camera. Only way I can view the video is pulling the sd card and view it on my computer
