Non function, only glitches
The app has now become so useless that it doesn’t even allow us to raise tickets. Good looking but completely non functional, a good metaphor for Birlas properties as well.

Not friendly features for iPhone
Having used Mygate app, I feel quite a few important features are missing like calling visitor,approve/reject over Apple Watch etc.
