Please fire whoever made this
This is basically just a web browser for their terrible website, except the browser is awful, slow and won’t let you exit it once you’ve entered a section of the app that uses it and some of those sections don’t work as it links to pages that don’t exist anymore.
• Every action takes at least fifteen seconds
• Browser is cropped at an unusable aspect ratio
• “Blogs” page (also known as “Forums”… I guess they couldn’t decide what to call it) laughably uses a free Wix website complete with “proudly hosted by Wix” insignia at the bottom, which I’m pretty sure is against Wix’s TOS for a company over the revenue threshold
• Everything you think you might want to use this app for, like booking stuff, doesn’t work
• Constantly hangs, plagued with crashes
• UI follows every bad design practice ever conceived; confusing boxes, badly responsive to different phone sizes; fifteen different colours for buttons and tabs; no basic gesture support for menu navigation; inconsistency between the button you press and the destination
• Half the locale strings aren’t written in proper English. “NO JOB AVAILABLE” and “NO PARCEL AVAILABLE” will warmly greet you as you attempt to view a maintenance request or check the status of a delivery.
• No support for screen reading or any accessibility options

I’m unable to book gym or hoovers and reception don’t give me a hoover if it’s not booked
Can’t do anything
Try booking gym space or hoover and the apps just blank
Can’t log in.
