Request Desk for Faster Approvals We are thrilled to announce a major enhancement to the Birla - Dwell mobile app with the launch of Request Desk under the Helpdesk module. This new feature streamlines approvals for requests such as Fit out requests, No Objection Certificates and more - eliminating paperwork and reducing delays. Homeowners and residents can now submit their requests through the app. Once the request is approved, the system automatically generates the required document with all the necessary details. The Request Desk also includes a comments section for direct communication with approvers, ensuring a smoother and more efficient approval process while eliminating paperwork.
