Glitchy
Very glitchy. The calendar when adding when things were purchased is a date behind what you click. Also, you enter a section of the app like Mechanical and the back button doesn’t work. You are stuck in an endless loop and have to close out and reenter. Simple software stuff guys, get it together.
Giving one star
Giving one star because I can’t even register an account without a valid address. I entered my address that the app even populated and still said it was an invalid address.
Doesn’t Work
It won’t even let me sign up, it load’s constantly whenever I type my address in

App won’t load at all past the location asked for your house. Just keeps getting a spinning loading wheel. Even after updates
Freezes
I cant get past adding an item to inventory but then everytime i try it freezes.
Completely Unable on iPad
This app is not usable on iPad. In some screens, the full screen does not show, so you can’t click on the boxes needed to move to the next screen. For example, there was probably a “next” or “submit” at the bottom of some screens, but it can’t be seen, so you can’t move forward.
It’s to bad, because the app looked promising in some ways. That’s why I gave it two stars rather than one. But it’s absurd that they are even offering this for iPad right now, as it’s definitely not ready for prime time.

Address not valid
Forces you to choose a home address and even when address shows up in drop down, comes back as invalid. Can’t progress any further to even use the app.
Not valid address
I’d love to try this app, but it tells me my address is not a valid address. When I brown the website there is no options for support or troubleshooting. I’ll change my review if I’m actually able to use the application.
Can’t figure out my address
Can’t even get past starting gate because it won’t recognize my address (lived here 27 years). Sigh…
Can’t create account
I keep getting a message saying “address not found” and I cant get past this.
Currently does not function
The address lookup makes you select an address from the list as you search. When I do, it says it’s an invalid address. You cannot proceed past that screen without inputting an address.
Bad UI Prevents Account Creation
For whatever reason, it thinks my address does not exist. So I can't even create an account. Terrible app design.
Poorly constructed app by people who don’t use it themselves.
Simple things like pasting a serial number, password, etc. into a field is not possible. So you have to type long arbitrary numbers by hand.
Great Idea, But Buggy
It’s a great idea, but it still needs some work. I loved the idea of building a home binder with all my appliance info, but some things just won’t show up in it. Others have their model and serial number overlapping in an unreadable mishmash.
It also looks pretty bad on an iPad. Functional, but clearly not really designed for it.
But with a little more polish, this could be a killer app.

It’s ok so far
Im in the market for something that helps keep track of home maintenance, but main screen for adding device to inventory is showing buffering and doesn’t load to the next page

Can't open the app unless you provide lots of personal info including your address! Requires account to use.
Great App , Surprised it’s not more widely used !
Very detailed app , I love being able to manage my appliances and access recommendations for maintenance. I’m a bit hesitant to go pro just because of the lack of reviews , and I would like more clarification on the companies cancellation policy and where they are based out of.
Work in progress but best so far
Out of all the home management I’ve used, this is the best so far. It does have a few bugs and kinks that needs addressed, but the developers are very active and open to feedbacks and suggestions. This app has great potential, but needs a major update that hopefully will come out soon.
Buggy and cluttered
Everything was great early on, but some updates ago caused the task to be totally messed up. Tasks no longer show up periodically and once you complete a task, it gets crossed out and uneditable so there’s no way to delete the task or reschedule them. Secondly, please allow a way to turn off randomly generated tasks. Most of them don’t apply to me so I have to constantly delete them as they go. Lastly, please allow us to edit the homepage. It is too cluttered. All I really want to see is a quick view of the house’ details and tasks to be done. I would be so happy to pay the annual fee and recommend this to my friends if these were rectified as this is a really great app that just needs some work.
