I have had no problems using this DXF Assistant. I'm not a tech person but this makes my hobby of metal working easier and thats always a plus. Thumbs up to these folks. Dale

Disappointing… Double Whammy Hit!!!
I am very disappointed with the purchase of this app. I wish I could request a refund but I don’t know how. When you go to purchase the app, it gives you the option to “purchase all” at a lower rate (than purchasing the individual services)… so that is what I did. It did unlock some of the features but when you want to use other features it asks you to purchase a “subscription”. So you get hit with a double whammy. $12.99 for the app and then a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription for the more useful features. Had I known this I would not have purchased the “app”, hence the reason for this review. Hope this helps someone else before purchasing.

Refunds are handled directly by Apple, as developers cannot issue them. You can request a refund through Apple’s support platform. Thank you for your understanding and valuable feedback. Starting with v1.1.15 (September 2025), we’ve updated our pricing model to better define what each subscription and in-app purchase unlocks.
