Terrible App

I cannot ever use the app to book an appointment. Have to call to make appointments. My girlfriends appointments and hair color was put in my account and for months my color wasn’t staying over a month til we realized what the problem was.

I had an appointment this morning with a girl name Sabrina at 9am for a root touch up. At 9:10 The receptionist told me that she was going to be late because she was in traffic. Really? I managed to work 12 hours yesterday at the hospital and set my alarm to get up to make this appointment and I wasn’t late. goes to show some people don’t give a crap about other peoples schedule.
