The ratings are so bad because of the people that don’t know how to use it. I was able to always know where my keys were from the moment I got this.

Just no range
Sadly, whilst the App might be okay, the range of the Bluetooth devices is just dreadful. Moving into another room of my house caused a loss of signal and set the alarm off - this making the “signal loss” feature useless. Very disappointing....
Far to short range
If I move more than 10m from the device it comes up as lost!

Don’t Waste Your Money
If I could give zero stars I would. It won’t syncs with my iPhone. Impulse buy at the grocery store to track my boyfriend(long story). Wish I could take it back to the store

I’m not sure this is even a real thing. I got suckered into buying some crap from China and it absolutely does not work and there is zero instructions.
Lesson learned
Impulse buy at the grocery store. Should have checked the reviews first. Unable to test it out as unable to add device to app. Worthless noisemaker, waste of money and time.

Terrible tracker!
The tracker NEVER was discovered by the Dycoo app, even with the tracker being right next to my iPhone! The tracker was powered on and my iPhone had Bluetooth enabled. I will NEVER recommend this item to anyone — in fact, I will tell everyone I know to NEVER buy any Dycoo product!
