App is terrible
It continually will never find my heater.
Scheduling
The app works as designed but is missing a few key features that are on most on/off apps (nest, nuheat, Wemo, Kasa, etc.)these days. Primarily a schedule feature would be very useful.
Lost Automation
Latest update removed all automation options. Come on! That was THE reason to have this heater was that I could schedule it to turn off and on without having to add an external thermostat! Terrible update. Please we add the schedule automation options!!!
Lost automation functions
I used to have our heater set to automatically turn up during the day and turn down at night and now that is gone. Disappointed.
Garage heat
Terrible update. I created some automation for my garage heater in an earlier version of the app. After the latest update, the automation/scenes option is gone, but the old ones are still running.
Works great, but could use one more feature.
I live in Minnesota and the heater and app both work great. I like the ability to check on it when I am out of town to be sure it is running again in the event of a power outage. One feature that would be really nice to have would be the ability to define a temperature threshold. For example, if I set the heater to 70 degrees, it will kick on as soon as it drops to 69 degrees. It would be great to have the ability to set it to something lower to keep it from coming on all the time. This is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Great app, could have more features.
Overall this app has worked flawlessly for me. One thing I would like to maybe see added is a section that showed daily runtime. Maybe add a section to add price per kilowatt hour to keep track of price to run heater. Thanks!
Difficult to use app
App was working great for the 2 new Dyna Glo heaters that I had just installed until I tried to set up the home feature. Upon adding the home feature the 2 heaters disappeared and I am now unable to find them or re-sync them. There are no instructions to fill on how to find the heaters again. I am guessing that I will need to delete the app and try again. A big waste of my time.
