Useless
This was a very good app. Now, it is absolutely useless to me. It will not display any of the labs in Ottawa or surrounding areas.

For some reason the Ontario sites no longer show.
Misleading for Manitoba users
The app is misleading for Manitoba users. I used it successfully only a few weeks ago, then suddenly no Winnipeg labs appeared anymore, while labs in places like Toronto still showed up. There was no message explaining that Manitoba locations were no longer supported in the app, so it looked like a bug or a location-permission issue.
I checked Dynacare’s website, but the new check-in/booking process was not clear enough. When I went to the lab, the wait time I had seen was about 6 minutes, but by the time I arrived it was 44 minutes. The lab also still had posters telling patients to use the Net Check-In app.
If Dynacare has moved Manitoba to a different system, the app should clearly say that. Leaving the app active while silently removing Winnipeg locations creates unnecessary confusion for patients.

The app only shows locations around Gatineau. Won’t let me view locations in other Canadian cities such as Regina, Winnipeg, etc. DEVELOPERS: fix this!

App currently not working only showing location in Ottawa
Locations
Location doesn’t work anymore. I live in London Ontario but Dynacare locations it shows me are in Ottawa and Montreal. Please fix this
No Response
I have sent 3 inquiries through the app I pay for to “contact us” with zero reply. I did bloodwork over a week ago and the results are not posted. I call and nobody picks up. I’m not impressed with the customer service.
Not Showing Ontario Locations
The app has worked well until today. Now it is unusable and showing locations in Quebec only.

No longer showing any sites in Ontario. I’m in Ottawa and don’t see any sites to check in only see Quebec sites.

When I open app to try to make appointments it only allows me to access collection points in Quebec - 30 hour drive from Manitoba. Totally useless now

Locations are not shown even after entering address. Maybe the app needs a fix.

The app only gives me locations in toronto and I live about 1500km from there 😂🥲
Location Not Recognized
I have been using this app for a few years now and had no problems. Today I decided to book a bloodwork appointment but the locations showing are all Ontario and Montreal. I live in Winnipeg Manitoba and there are no Dynacare locations showing on the app which I find weird. Now I can’t book an appointment since the app is the only way to do that. I’m so disappointed.

Paid for app through Dynacare. Was able to track my blood work results. Now app no longer does that. Only good for check ins. Will be cancelling my subscription
