Terrible Experience!

The UI/UX is terrible! It looks like an amateur's graduation project. I removed just after using for only two minutes.

Shady co/employees stealing searches…

Multiple times after searching the domain(s) vanished from availability after searches OR within save for later etc OR bought but parked (they snag your (even very obscure) stuff within <day/days/week etc)
They have shady staff on hand. Beware.

Loyal Dynadot user for 10+ years

The app still do need a lot of impovrments on its UX. It can be tricky to find what we want some times unlike web console. But the service amazing. Great prices and wide range of options. Deducting 1 ⭐ for poor UX.

Good luck even getting signed into an account. The app is essentially useless.

Terrible navigation

I don’t understand why the list of domains that I currently own seems to be hidden. Why isn’t that front and center or at least one of the buttons on the hamburger menu? Do you just not want your customers to see their domains?

Best App

Dynadot is the only registrar with a good app. I use the app to chat with customer support. Also renewing domains through the app is convenient because the app gives you a notification when domains are expiring. I sometimes don’t check email for a week.

Focused on Upsell, Not on Current Customer Needs

I have several dozen domains with Dynadot. I recently transferred everything from Squarespace. This app and the web interface both requires several clicks through their domain market marketplace to get to the domains you own. Makes their platform a constant pain to use, to the point where I’m considering transferring everything out. Sometimes you just want to see when a domain expires or need to make a change to wear it forwards. With the service, it always takes more work than it should. Once you get to the interface from managing your domains, it’s fine.

Good idea but not satisfied

It’s been over 20 days of 30 they contacted the owner of registered domain twice. Probably waste my time and money.

And they didn’t answer directly to my questions.

It’s my experience.

Better each year

I have had the dynadot app for a few years now. Each year it gets better. Some bugs I reported were fixed pretty quickly. I especially like that I can bid on auctions from the app.

App crashes on login

Can’t log into my account, app just crashes.

Not working

The app for iPhone 6 does not work. When we try to enter the application, it closes immediately.

Auto Spelling should be disabled!

Auto Spelling correction should be disabled on this app by default. It gets annoying when your domain search words is replaced. App lacks serious domain management tools.

Needs work

I like that you have an app, but the UI is cluttered. I wish you could let me manage my domains more easily instead of hawking your auctions. Also, when I click on open orders the app crashes. Hope this can be resolved soon.

Payment selection don’t work

It’s closing by itself

When the app is opening. Hot actions coming and while clicking skip button it’s closing by itself. I updated my iPhone 13 mini but still is the same. Is there any solution for it?
