I like DynaMedex because of it being very user friendly. You type the name of condition (about which you want to learn) and it takes you the page where different aspects of that condition (general info, cause, evaluation, management, etc.) are given in a very concise & readable manner.

Login issue
Trying to log in with my ACP credentials. Just getting a spinning wheel. Works fine on browser on my desktop but mobile app seems stuck

Recently updated to iOS 18.5 and I get the login wheel of death on the mobile app now. Have tried uninstall and restarting phone. Similar to December review. No issues with my account when I log in via computer. Hopefully it’ll get fixed soon; I love the mobile app and am so sad I can’t use it right now.

Login issue
Can’t login to my account on the new iPhone 16. Not sure if related to iOS 18 or the phone. Don’t think it’s an account issue since I’m able to login to my account on DynaMed and was previously able to login to DynaMedex on my old phone. Have already tried re-installing and restarting my phone to no avail. Haven’t been able to reach support either. Otherwise, the content of the app is great.

Excellent resource
Head to head with UpToDate but with more digestible bits
Terrible
This resource/app is terrible. My hospital recently got rid of our access to UpToDate and this was their substitute. It is absolutely not comparable. it is missing multiple key topics to say the least. They literally couldn’t pay me to use this garbage, and I will be going back to a superior product.

Excellent product with user friendly app.
Use the app quite regularly and find the information to be current, evidence based and easily digestible, unlike other topics on the market. Ability to follow topics and specialties allows me to stay on top of content most important to me.

I log in and type username and password correctly but it is error during login.. kindly update app.
Too basic
Maybe I’ve been spoiled, by having access to UpToDate for the last 15 years, that my previous employer provided for its employees. Not wanting to pay over $600 per year to keep using it, I searched for the next best option, which was Dynamed. It’s like reading a Dr. Seuss book after reading Encyclopedia Brittanica. Contents are very basic, without a lot of detail. For me, it was disappointing.
