Very nice and easy to use app. The only issue is you can’t email or share the amortization schedule and only the payment schedule.

Great Way to Visualize Borrowing Costs
The charts and graphs in Dynamic Loan Calculator make it easy to analyze different payoff strategies and to see how small changes in the interest rate can affect the total cost of a loan. This app has some nice additional features like support for different types of extra payments and the ability to email calculations. Anyone wanting an easy to use calculator to compare loan offers or determine the most effective way of paying down debt should try this app.

Easy to use, can save you money
This app allows me to quickly compare the numbers of different lenders and I can see the impact of different interest rates over time. The UI isn’t fancy but it calculates the numbers in real time. Kind of fun to use if you are a data nerd.
