I know how to fix the bug in here is how
All you have to do is reset your Device if you have a phone or iPad oh you have to do is hold down the sleep button and the home button and it will reset the Device and then once you log back in you click on the app and it will let you go past the screen

I love this game and I play it all the time on my computer but when I try to play on my phone or IPad I can’t get past the screen that says KIZI. It’s a fun game but please fix this.

I cant even access the game, the loading screen with the kizi mascot is there for a few before the entire thing crashes and closes me out. How am I supposed to play the game if I can’t access it?
