DynaRoute Driver

DynaRoute Mobile Driver is an app designed for field staff to increase the effectiveness of customer visits. Drivers can download and use the Dynaroute mobile diver app free of charge. This mobile app works in synchronization with the Dynaroute web based saas software and cannot be used for route calculation on its own. The app allows drivers to view the order and timing of customer visits and use the navigation feature to reach customers efficiently. The app includes a Proof of Delivery (POD) feature that allows drivers to enter delivery times, obtain customer signatures, take photos of delivered goods, collect customer feedback, use the barcode scanner and document reasons for non-delivery. In addition, DynaRoute Driver offers a Live Tracking feature that continuously updates arrival times in real time. This functionality provides route planners and customer service teams with detailed, up-to-date information on road conditions and allows for quick adjustments to be made as needed. DynaRoute Mobile's real-time visit data improves visit efficiency and customer satisfaction by continuously updating estimated arrival times and shows driver locations as well as customer arrival and departure times on a digital base map.
