Major Bugs and glitches during Draft
I recently did my draft excited to use this app to play in a dynasty league. when I tryed to choose a player when my time came, it wouldn’t allow me to choose my player only let me que them so when my time ran out they made a pick from me I was glued the the phone the whole time trying to figure out what went wrong. When I contacted the “commish” of the app they repeatedly told me I was wrong and that thier system doesn’t glitch and that because I ran out of time I was the reason why I made a bad pick the customer service refuse to help me and return my money back saying that i am lying and they have proof. Which if they did it would show they are wrong sound like this app developer is trying to get rich off of a faulty program DO NOT WASTE your time or money in this app as I was talking to other people in my league they also said it was glitching on them as well and didn’t file a complaint because they were ok with the pick that was made fund another app this one is a SCAM!

It wouldn’t let me do much. Every time I clicked on something, it crashed.
Missing integrity and lazy customer support
I’m only posting this in hopes that it gets the attention of whomever will steer the customer support in the right direction as I like DO as a concept.
Frankly, I previously gave a 5 star review because I enjoyed playing my first year.
However, I’m gonna balance that previous rating with a one star rating. Specifically because of a trend of how non-technical support issues, or commissioner decisions, have been handled.
These commissioners will make swift decisions that leans heavily on how it affects DO as a company, not on how it supports you and your league. Best believe they aren’t going to admit they are wrong and they’ll likely make a decision that involves the least amount of work. If you question their decision, you’re gonna get the all mighty commissioner hand that they’ve made a decision leaving you feeling unheard and powerless.
You never know which commissioner is working your ticket. That and a buggy commissioner communication tool, leads me to believe they are just triaging every ticket.
Regarding the missing integrity, they made a decision to bring a player back, after being kicked out, on the agreed term that he was not to sell his team. Months later, that owner asked the commissioner if he could sell his team. He was given the permission to sell. Because there are multiple commissioners handling any given inquiry, the subtext and background of the request was lost. So it was treated as a general request to sell.
After being presented the background and a screenshot of the commissioner clearly stating this was a stipulation of him coming back, they still are allowing him to sell and have laid the gavel that the decision has been made.
This supports my theory that DO comes first because they make a commission off of each transaction, they don’t have to be the bad guy and say no, and again it’s easy for them to use their final authority on a troubled league to squash any objection. They didn’t even provide a league vote or review.
Also, it’s clear that they are annoyed of the amount of work being a commissioner for this one league has been in the past 3 months that they are short and in my opinion prejudicial to those who are filing complaints or inquiries.
I never wrote reviews or complaints but again, feeling powerless and unheard can only make one need to vent. Hopefully venting to to finally be heard and some clear action be taken to do the right thing.

Total garbage don’t waste your money
I have been playing dynasty football for well over 10 years now and I absolutely LOVE contracts and finances - perfect match right?
The app is slow, unorganized and not easy to use. Much more difficult that the other top dynasty apps. The desktop version freezes frequently. The messaging is terrible. Slow and difficult to read. Notifications display incorrectly. Hard to manage messages.
The commissioner is not an owner or even active in your league so any issues or controversy has to be brought up with DO, instead of being discussed and/or voted on by the other teams with an active commish. DO offers little to no help with this.
They only make you pay for the active season so hope and pray you get 12 owners committed. Remember, it’s dynasty, so if you land in a league with a couple of a-holes, someone who didn’t draft well, or someone who traded all their picks away, you’re stuck and gotta try to sell your team. Taking a big risk in a random league like this.

Best dynasty platform
Love playing under this platform. Adding real player salaries changes everything. No more luck. No more using some other so called pro’s list. Truly a great new way to play the game we all love.
