Spend 1000$ on this game and now it’s not playable. Is there a way to help me developer ? I used to love this game why did you make it unplayable in United States ?

Can’t log through with fb
Smh this game is fun and all but the helpers do not care about you. They just want your money and when u go ask for support they will take days if not weeks to get back to you. Very disappointing
Dynasty war
I like the game but it’s takes a while to finish everything? Without using ingots so I need to take a break from that game for a while? But I do like it but one day I will play it again?

Been playing Dynasty War for almost two years now and I’m still playing it everyday .
Why does not upgrade to new version compatility with iphone X.

No doubt it’s a great game and I managed to get 5 7*s but that’s the problem, once you get to a certain point you have to spend weeks farming for the simplest of things and if you don’t spend $$$ it takes longer please add more stuff to the game
iPad problem
Keep freezing and loading on iPad. I don’t know how many time I have to close it and open it again and again. Ugh

Worst customer service ever
I had an issue with the game server maintenance not reflecting my purchases. It took them over a month to answer my trouble ticket after it being closed a few times with no answer and they couldn't do anything for me. Their customer service folks didn't even seem to bother looking up my account or check on the issue.
