Sound doesn’t work

Decent app all around, but the sound for native Reddit videos hasn’t worked for months. There’s also no way to report bugs like this inside the app.

Minimalist in the style of old Reddit

No complaints. This is a minimalist bare bones way to view Reddit. Very much in the spirit of old Reddit.

Can’t log in with after glow

App is great to view Reddit with but, ur after flow log in to be able to reply to posts keeps giving errors pls fix

Amazing simplicity

Thank you for the recent update! This app is so helpful.

Customization on colors/ Home page add

PLEASE add home page. Thank you for the hard work.

Best app for reddit, less adds and clutter. Wish there was home page only all, and popular are defaults. Customization options for colors on threads, like Apollo had would be nice in the theme settings.

Best Reddit App

Thank you so much for the update to fix short links.

Hurrah!

Looks like this app is being updated again!

No iPad Version

Just a single iPhone sized rectangle in an ocean of wasted blank space. Just supporting multiple columns is too much to expect?

It’s okay

Could be better has some issues. Likes to randomly close on you so that’s pretty frustrating

Decent app, but no more updates

Seems like the developer has abandoned this app. Every now and then, I'll be scrolling and it will randomly crash and close out. I very rarely use the native Reddit app and this is a great alternative that still works.

App is abandoned.

Was a great Reddit official app alternative, but features on this app have slowly crumbled without any updates. RIP Dystopia.

Great app, but abandoned

This is a great, simplistic, and accessible implementation of Reddit, but it’s slowly falling apart. It seems to have been abandoned. It currently lacks support for the new version of Reddit links, as well as being unable to open Imgur images, which means that quite often you’ll find yourself reaching dead-ends while browsing. It’s still worth using, but it seems to be fated to break completely eventually

Great app

This is a wonderful application. it's very accessible with voiceover, for the blind. I am totally blind, and it's wonderful to finally be a part of reddit. I heard all third party apps for this site have disappeared due to reddit's updates and fees? I truly hope this app stays active. All the other apps have disappeared from the app store. And the other app I tried downloading spits out a "fatal error." I really hope this can always stay.

Why do you need a Reddit account to use this app?

So I was told about this app through an iPhone users for the blind group list. I was going to get it. Or should I say I did get it. But the problem now is that trying to access the information I signed up for. I used my Apple ID and signed in. But I still have to have a write account? Why? Also, why am I not able to get the notifications for things I signed up for to be notified about? I’m giving this one star because this needs some serious accessibility issues worked on. Why do I need to have the official Reddit application on my phone?

Generally okay app, but ridiculous amount of permissions it asks for

This amount of permissions the app asks for if you sign in with your Reddit account is completely unnecessary and granting that level of access to any app shouldn’t be required.

It’s great

Can y’all add a general search instead of just a search for subs?

Fantastic app

I swapped to Dystopia when Reddit started to kill third-party apps. This doesn’t have all of the features of the official app, or the pre-IPO unofficial apps, but it runs about ten times faster and is incredibly simple to use. There is so much potential for this app. So much. I really want to see this app flourish and supersede the poor experience the Reddit IPO gives to mobile users. Please make it happen.

functional enough with no ads or bloat unlike official reddit

honestly after apollo was ripped from us this the only thing keeping me using reddit. those demanding features understand this is meant for accessibility purposes which is why its not shut down by reddit. do not let reddit harvest your data with their official client. dystopia respects your privacy much more

Issues clicking links

Links to reddit in comments and posts that are reddit links fail to open, throwing 404. Other times, reddit links will open in safari. Rather annoying.

Not working in iPhone 15

Was a good app on previous phone. Now getting error: “The data could not be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” Nonfunctional.
