Not authorized to log in

Last week I tried to log in, and that error pop up. I tried changing the password and even demote the app and install it again but it didn’t work.

Was good enough at first

I’ve had this app since it was released but when I tried to log on today it said that my face recognition failed and then it said my user id was invalid so I tried to create a new account but it says my email is already registered. There needs to be an email based account recovery.

I like the layout of this app, but, my job position isn't listed, so I can't continue to create a profile. Once the app is updated, I'm sure I'll enjoy it! I’m a Junior Decon Tech.
