Feedback - iPhone SE 2nd generation
After the recent iOS 26 update - application does not open on iPhone SE 2nd generation.
Very bad experience
After submitting one add-on data plan in April for one month, but they’ve been charging me every month until now, and there’s no way to unsubscribe it, all the links they sent in messages to tell you to unsubscribe is invalid, and on their application the unsubscribe is failed every time. What a trap! And what a shame! For such a big company to do such tricky business!

Useless app. Etisalat refuses to add Apple Pay as a payment option or any actual useful features. Outdated and difficult to use app.
Great app poor service
The app it’s amazing, but their service it is deplorable, since day one my office landline it is not working. On and off, making it impossible. Bills are paid service not rendered.

It’s incredibly disappointing that in 2025, a leading service provider can’t even offer a stable, user-friendly app. Please invest in fixing this mess or stop advertising it as a “smart solution” — it’s anything but.

Problem with iOS version
The App is not working properly in iPhone every time popup is coming and it’s not going and it’s happening with all of my colleagues
Could not use Home Page
Due to their new package add ‘Know More’ which is showing in the home page. I couldn’t use this home page many time. Even after clicking to ‘know more’ and while returning to home page it still shows ‘know more’. Really tired of this
