Total balance doesn’t work
Iam out side Egypt and when I click Total balance on the top, it keeps telling me no ‘internet connection’!

Not good App
Not working properly in iOS and even many times operations got failed without valid reason

All such online apps resignation should be online with ID number and security code to be send to customer mobile to active the service.... No one in the world keeps going to store to show identification and sign papers to activate any service

How many digits we need to enter, it’s not accepting neither 9 nor 10..?
