The worst app

Like turtles 😂
They really make you feel like they deliver orders on camels.
You can literally wait 48 hours just for an order to arrive.

So frustrating, honestly.

FAQ

What is Halan App?

Halan is an Egyptian Fintech application that provides smart financial solutions. It offers services like Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), lending for consumers and small businesses, bill payments, and money transfers, aiming to simplify financial transactions away from traditional banking systems.

What are the main features of Halan?

Key features include a Buy Now Pay Later service for a wide range of products with flexible installments, personal and business lending options, the ability to pay bills and send/receive money easily, and an e-commerce platform for shopping with various payment methods. It also offers 'Halan Gomla' for bulk grocery purchases.

How does the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service work?

You can use Halan's BNPL service to purchase items like electronics, furniture, and more from over 5000 vendors. The service allows for installments over up to 30 months without requiring a bank account, down payment, or extra administrative fees. You can apply directly through the app or at participating vendors.

What are the requirements to apply for Halan services?

To apply for BNPL services, users generally need to be between 21 and 60 years old and possess a valid National ID. Specific requirements for lending services may vary but typically involve a straightforward application process through the app.

Is Halan free to use?

The Halan application itself is free to download and use. While there are no upfront costs for services like BNPL, the cost of goods purchased through the app will include installment payments. There are also ads within the application.
