Whenever I need to get help with something for the house or assistance with a task this is the app I always go to. Customer service is also excellent, which to me is most important.
Useless! Gone downhill
I used to use this app and had nothing but positive things to say about it. Unfortunately the app has not worked for the past week. I’ve contacted them on insta and on WhatsApp and they couldn’t fix it! How sad for a company to miss out on a repeat customer wanting to book for multiple jobs!

I can’t get in.
I registered a long time ago and it’s not letting me in because it keeps saying “incorrect email” and btw I am tech-savvy, so I know my emails. The interface is very rudimentary and outdated and needs an update ASAP. I’m a regular user of maintenance services. If you want me to switch from Syanh, the superior app, to E-butler and recommend to my family and friends, please fix this .
