Não acessa

Não estou conseguindo entrar com meu login nem no site e nem no app. Isso só acontece no celular, pois no computador entra normalmente. Quando solicita a conta google e eu coloco o email do educadventista recebo a mensagem de que “não foi possível encontrar sua conta Google”.
