Y only for Maruti car for charge

If Maruti owner go to Tata power charge then they should not give priority for maruti to charge..then y maruti has made app only for Maruti car to charge ..

Amount debited but charging aborted

Initiate charging from this app at shell station, thaiyur. App calculated payment amount and paid via UPI. DC Charger disconnected due to some problem. App went on a hanging with no sign of tim-out for more than a minute. Killed the app and relaunched it again - no trace of this transaction in the charging history. Amount wasn’t refunded to my Account. A day later, charging history shows double the amount I paid with a status as “refunded”. This feature should not have been rolled out with such a sloppy design. If you have faulty systems you should take the loss - not the consumer.

Really impressed with the clean UI, it makes findings charging station simple. Prebook feature and charging via app is impressive. It makes stress free EV journey.

Broken UI Broken experience

The “e for me” iOS app by Maruti Suzuki is surprisingly clumsy. The layout is poorly optimized, and basic UI elements don’t even fit properly—two bottom buttons aren’t fully visible on screen. For an app meant to support EV owners, this feels unfinished and frustrating to use.

Non Maruti vehicles adding options is not available please add

Is this only for Maruti owners?

The app keeps asking me to add the e-vitara in order to start charging…I have a Tata and I’m unable to charge

User convenience

It is good app from OEM which gives visibility of charges across route with smart route planning. Very helpful for EV owners.
