Dunno if it’s just me, but whenever a product has AI on it I know damn well you don’t care about artists… makes you look lazy, too. I’ve tried to remove it multiple times but it always switches back to it when it turns off

I bought this product because it looks cool and connects really well. But here's a suggestion: Could you extend the video/GIF playback duration beyond 3 seconds? Three seconds is just too short—I think around 9-15 seconds would be more appropriate. Not sure if this feature is adjusted through the app or inherent to the badge itself. Hope you can add this functionality. Thanks!

Janky but technically works
You have to restart the app multiple times before it'll connect to the device when it's set to sync mode but eventually it does work. Feels like software someone with no programming experience whipped up in 2 minutes with AI.
Needs a serious update!
