The app has forgotten my password but there is no option to reset. Try to re register using different email address but when I click on birthday to update it app crashes

I only loaded this app as I’m trying to get Bluetooth to work on my elliptical per manufacturer. I noted that app feedback is poor so wasn’t optimistic. Clunky and didn’t achieve what I wanted. Save time and don’t bother. I’ll be deleting the app in about 1 minute from now.

Buggy
Using this app in conjunction with the bluefin curb 2.0 elliptical trainer. Mostly works apart from being able to fine tune the program levels (easier and tougher), and also the google street map does not function. Disconnecting from the trainer is by deleting the app from the iPhone memory! Could easily be better

Stopped working completely!!!
This App has randomly stopped working on iPhone XS. Deleted and added and the App just crashes.

As reported elsewhere, the app simply doesn't work. I bought a rowing machine, hoping to use a good app to track my progress. Looks like I'll be using a spreadsheet instead. Couldn't even register.

It’s declining all my email accounts. I tried all 4 of them including work ones, says ‘this email is already registered’ . Dodgy app I suppose but it’s frustrating after paying such a high prize and getting these hiccups. Worse the computer display won’t switch on.

App’s map functionality doesn’t work and so no point using the app. Disappointing.
Crashes on opening
Well it certainly looks the part and interesting but it just won’t open as reviewed before. I bought an exercise bike for its reviews and quality and partly on the way this app’ would link up and how the app’ looked in use in a YouTube video so promising but alas this app’ on an iPhone 8 is totally unusable. Come on developers please get your act together and sort it out!

Good app but...
This is a good app and connects with our esx500 bike however it is a little buggy and lacks some functionality.
- The maps option for riding don’t appear to work with international, you have to select China.
- The 3D maps option whilst riding does not work, only the standard and satellite views work.
- App doesn’t appear to be able to feed into the Apple Health app.
