No longer works with Alexa

Worked absolutely fine for a couple of years. November 2024 it stopped working with Alexa and will no longer link with my Alexa account. I have reset everything but no joy. Now I have to go and buy a new set of bulbs.

If you have an IPhone then you won’t be able to control the light bulb with your voice but otherwise the light bulb is perfect

This app does not work

Only works with 2.4 GHz WiFi

Bought their smart light and downloaded this app. Only once you try to connect does it say it’s only compatible with specific WiFi. We use 5 Ghz so it’s now just an expensive unsmart lightbulb 😖
