Let’s racism slide but can’t help with making appeals

My account got shut down and I tried to appeal it but when I go to make the appeal it led me to very irrelevant links, also allows people to make racist comments without any reprimands

I’ve been on this platform for ages now, and I always end up coming back time and time again for the people here. They’re all so wonderful to be around and you won’t regret investing your time into spending time with any of them. 11/10 would recommend.

Nice platform

Helped and listened

I was in a really tough position, going through the steps of getting an un banned from a false accusation and the support staff (specifically Stella and Sally) were able to help me throughout the process. They listened to my concerns and fully heard me out after being cast aside the first time. Truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication they put in to this community 💜

DO NOT TRUST

I started epal for 5 days.. let me emphasize that FIVE DAYS, and I got sexually harassed, put in a report and NOTHING. Couple days later, someone reports ME and uses a photoshopped image as “proof” of violation of transactions and the customer support wouldn’t even let me try to plead my case and show my side of the story that IT WAS NOT TRUE. Oh but the guy who showed me his penis gets to keep using the app because I didn’t take a screenshot as evidence? Now I’m permanently banned from using epal, which I was enjoying and loved meeting people in the community but because I couldn’t show that the “proof” they received was photoshopped in less than 1 hr (I put in a request on discord to show that I haven’t changed my bio in ages) I get banned… make that make sense??

Anyways, their only customer service is through discord… Salt is nice and was actually trying to help but otherwise don’t rely on that team to help you if you’re in a pickle that was FALSELY ACCUSED.

Mieser Support

Für eine spezifische Filter Suche würde ich immer die browser App nehmen da auf der Handy App hier die Filter funktion/Sprache komplett fehlerhaft ist. Es wird nichts herausgefiltert sondern einfach nur dass angezeigt was geboosted wird. Viele epals sind unfreundlich und respektlos & der Support macht auch nichts dagegen. 5 Tage ist‘s her mit meinem Ticket & immernoch keine Antwort..
