Needs battery life remaining status
App seems useful and helpful
But, for those of us that have broken our displays
Because they’re in a vulnerable location
We can only check battery life by stopping
Powering off the bike
And opening the battery hatch to press the battery button
Revealing 5 possible lights
Not very accurate for one
And inconvenient
I assumed this app would fix that
Then I could just check my phone for the battery life status
And even tune settings down real quick
To get me back home if needed
Well now I can tune
But a simple inclusion of battery life status
Would be extremely helpful
Please include on the next update

Works good
The adjustment of the power and max speed being separate is huge still waiting for anti loop mode and maybe some traction control options.
3.0 and App not saving iptions.
I bought a 3.0 downloaded the app and tried to make changes and save my changes. They are not saving to the bike. When i get CS to fix my issue i will change my review but till now 1 star
W ride pro 2.0
Bike is insanely fast. We had some initial issues with the app and the bike but quick email / text from customer service and firmware update fixed both.
App has improved drastically
I used to have problems with this app not working properly but after eride made the refinements it works EXACTLY as advertised and I’ve never loved my bike more. Still praying that one day… just one day…eride will add the throttle curve to the SR

Tuning and modes
I’ve heard a lot about wheelie assist and throttle curve customization but when I bought the bike and downloaded the app none of that was available which was pretty disappointing, I think it would be very cool if those were added to the app

I have a 2.0 and the bike doesn’t even show up on the app it is a 2025 model so it should but it doesn’t pls help also when is next update

So this app is great it helps with my bike i have the 3.0 and i got pulled over and i turned the power down and they let me go
Not Saving
My bike does not save what I have changed in the app when I turn the bike of, my friends bike saves the changes they have made when they turn it of and turn it on but my bike doesn’t, I have the 3.0 L1e 2026.
Throttle curve discontinued?
I don’t have the throttle curve option for my eride pro sr and that makes this bike terrible in trails…. Please add this option back! Anything under 8mph this bike won’t lift the front wheel unless I have the power above 70% but I don’t want that much power in the trails….
Add stuff
It nice but could be better if you added a throttle curve for the sr the throttle feels to snappy compared to the 3.0
Not connecting
It won’t connect to my 2025 model E ride 3.0 even with Bluetooth on my location, the bike being on, etc I was holding my phone 1 inch from the bike too.

Every time i try to connect it it won’t like I have tried to delete the app and get it back and nothing happens can someone tell me how to do it
FINALLY PASSWORD RESET
I forgot my password last year and was told by e-ride that I would have to send in my controller. A couple days ago I noticed my app needed updated in my phone. After the update it gave me the option to reset my pin and gave me a specific code to email E ride and they would give me a different one… worked perfectly!! Now I can use all the features.

I can’t connect my bike to the dongle I have a 2025 Eride pro S and I bought the Bluetooth dongle and my bike doesn’t connect!
Wheelie Support
Although the app has some features available for the 3.0, I’d love to see the wheelie assist feature be rolled out in 2026 knowing the newer models have all the firmware.
Won’t work
Just keeps saying that it cannot connect (eride pro ss 3.0)

For starters, this app seems to have no purpose because when I adjust my tune nothing happens. I cannot unlock full power no matter how many times I try and do a power cycle. I tried the brake and throttle method. It seems like the bike has only gotten slower since I’ve used the app. I reset the setting and it still doesn’t help. I love this bike. You have no idea how many times I just go for a ride just because. But this app would be so much cooler if it did what it advertises and if the firmware updates didn’t have so many people on Reddit advising against it because it ruined the once smooth and quick ride. Help. I want to give you 5 starts because the bike is amazing. But this app just doesn’t work
