I received the tag as a gift for my 18th birthday to go with the ita bag I also received, and I was very excited!! But upon scanning the QR code and downloading this app, I was unable to get it to connect to my iPhone or my iPad, and I told myself it was simply a fluke and tried everything I could think of, like forgetting all other devices saved to my Bluetooth, restarting my phone, EVERYTHING. No dice. The tag will not connect or serve it’s intended function, and is essentially a useless hunk of screen and wires, and sadly my mom cannot even return it for her money back since I have already opened & thrown away it’s packaging. Do not buy this!!!

Crashes
On the first day I got it, I uploaded a video but the screen turns black before it can play and restarts. I can’t delete it and it’s basically useless now because it just crashes as soon as I turn it on.
