Almost useless
If it worked at all it’d be great. Can’t connect to gear to manage. So stupid to need a computer to switch gears.
Too small can’t read
The instructions and pictures are too small it is useless to try and read .
SHIMANO You can do much much better make it like a normial web pages with a zoom so it can be read on iPhones

CONFUSING
This app is really confusing and it doesn’t actually connect on my bike and change its settings properly. I don’t know if I’m the only one who experienced this, but I think the app is really useless.
Verbindungsaufbau Katastrophe
Die App selbst ist wirklich gut nur der Verbindungsaufbau zum Rad ist zum Verzweifeln und ein absolutes Glücksspiel. Es funktioniert so gut wie nie. Einzige Möglichkeit ist das Rad zu löschen und neu hinzufügen! Doch beim nächsten Verbindungsversuch das gleiche Spiel. Verbindung nicht möglich. Bei solch einer teuren Schaltung ein absolutes No Go!

Incredibly bad
Unintuitive, buggy and one of the worst pieces of software I’ve ever interacted with. Most recent example, updated software then my shifting was bricked as it needed a “passkey” I’ve never once used or needed.
Never connects
Power meter and shifters not recognized by app no matter how many times you try. Tried to forget device and reconnect and does not even recognize. Very frustrating especially with how much $ spent
Verbindungsaufbau enttäuschend
Jedes mal muss die App wieder neu verbunden werden bzw. Meine Schaltung gelöscht und neu eingepflegt werden. Ich hab noch nie ein Gerät bzw. App gehabt, die eine so schlechte Verbindung hat.
Wenn es funktioniert ist die App garnicht schlecht aber das ewige neuverbinden ist ein Trauerspiel. Da mann auf die App in gewisserweise angewiesen ist - umschalten der Modi oder Akkustand ist das wirklich ärgerlich. Tolle Schaltung aber lächerliche App!

Kludge
Blue tooth connections problematic getting connection. Sometimes will change to s2s1. So always check because it will mess you up. Confusing interface. Doesn’t allow u to install derailleur firmware updates. Tells u to go to bike shop. Can’t set hood buttons to control opposite shifter. Can’t set shift mode. Pretty much useless buggy poorly written software

Bricked my bike
Firmware update on my new Canyon Spectral on stopped in the middle of the update and bricked my new bike. Don’t use this to upgrade your firmware.

Cannot even pass the login page …
Gave Up. Deleted
Could t actually get past the ridiculous password setting requirement despite many long attempts. Sign up screen is horrendous. Was discouraged enough to stop trying. Horrible app.
Keine Verbindung möglich
Auch nach mehreren Versuchen, Software-Updates, Bluetooth ein/aus ist keine Verbindung mit dem Rad möglich.
Das Problem bestand in der Vergangenheit auch schon.
In der vorliegenden Form ist die App leider unbrauchbar!

Complicated user unfriendly app
Doesn’t comment automatically to bike . Way to much tech faff when all you want to do is ride a bike. It’s a great idea etc but it needs to be a lot easier and less complicated to use .
Gute App Akku anzeige schlecht
Die Bedienung ist einfach und selbsterklärend und die Updates gehen schnell!
Was immer noch total Unverständlich ist, dass die Akku Anzeige immer noch in 5 Balken angezeigt wird und nicht in % Prozent wie bei JEDEM ANDEREN AKKU BETRIEBENEN TEIL wie Handy, E-Auto usw!!!!! 6000€ Bike aber nur 5 Balken 😱
