App functions not working
Recently installed the app to test out the settings available for my scooter but was unable to connect with it. The app has several issues such as not working with wifi, not pairing with the scooter, and having to log back in every time you wish to access the app.
Advertising a scooter as being functional with an app is completely false when the app does not work.

Can’t connect
Bought a used scooter and app says “this device is already paired with an account.” Any way to get around this?
Useless
App is useless.
Locking by app is riskyas you may get stranded to unlock.
App is totally unreliable and they need to improve at leaset on scooter connection and locking unlocking.

Needs work (too!)
Update: most recent version has an imperial/ metric toggle that works. Nice! As the other reviewers have said, love the scooter, the app still needs work, but at least controlling basic settings is working.
Some good some bad
It’s worth getting if you have a Bluetooth version of the scooter.
Works: setting speed limits, locking scooter, setting push to start. All easier than awkward scooter menus
Needs Help: switching to Imperial display still shows metric values. Trip doesn’t reset scooter trip.
