e-valuation aims at identifying the weaknesses of the evaluated (employee), recording his results, and comparing them with the results of other employees. This way our customers will have full knowledge of the efficiency of their employees, as they will be able to refer to their results at any time, just as employees will have full knowledge of the characteristics where they lag behind compared to other employees.
