**Disappointed and Misled**
I was promised timely telehealth appointments, coverage by my insurance, and the ability to get necessary medications, including narcotics, within a week. After spending hours on their site, I found out they don't accept my insurance and can't prescribe narcotics without an in-person visit. To get any assurance about fees, they had a link for a PDF entitled "Health Plan Member Request for Assistance for e-Psychiatry Network Participation," using it as an opportunity to get more business and money from insurance companies and employers. This false advertising has wasted my time, worsened my mental health, and it's sickening how they take advantage of people suffering from mental health conditions for money. Beware of their misleading claims.

List’s Blue cross insurance but doesn’t list them all?
I can’t use my Blue Cross insurance because for some reason they decided to make it by state and didn’t list my state? I doubt they accept blue cross but just not from certain states? Weird and annoying.

I’ve tried to get seen at this place for 6 months and have never been offered a provider. It’s trash don’t waste your time check out cerebral, romind, or with peak instead.
