Easy process
I wish it was something that could be done all the time because trying to talk to doctors in my area, it seems their compassion is overwhelmed by the amount of people that come in through the doors. A lot of people should know more about this.

As a mom of three, having this service available from the comfort of our home is absolutely amazing! I pay the same small copay as I would to go to a normal doctor visit . The closest urgent care is 40 minutes away and no telling how long I’d sit in a waiting room to be treated. To be able to get home after work and get myself and my kids treated immediately is phenomenal! I cannot recommend this app and service enough. Every physician we have ever been treated by has done an amazing job listening to our symptoms, concerns and has not once mistreated any of us. I just got UTI meds for my 5 year old without having to take an entire day off work and expose her to much worse in an er or urgent care waiting room! Love this app!!

Don’t fall for this scam
Just like every healthcare service, they’re just here to take your money. Don’t fall for the misleading advertisements on the app such as “no cost” or “covered by your insurance.” Also, most visits last less than 2 minutes and leave you with no help and a massive bill. Go see a real doctor, not some outsourced medical provider who barely speaks English.
