Functionality and layout

I would recommend that the chat features should be updated to include a read or unread option for the doctor or a more detailed layout of the conversation with the doctor and patient separated from the patient and included health associate but overall amazing

They listened

Even though that made the doctor and I may not agree on the medication’s, we did explore options, but I went ahead and taking the medication because of the changes in my life under advisement I am doing better today, but we’ll be seeking counseling with this group instead of another group who I had a terrible experience with

Notifications are a mess

The notifications don’t line up. It’ll show I have notifications for a chat even after I’ve just read them all. Sometimes because it’s an error. Other times because it ACTUALLY failed to load the new message and I won’t see it until I’ve sent a message or DAYS later.

When chats get long, the app will randomly open up to a message MONTHS in the past, forcing me to scroll all the way down to the present. There’s no “skip to latest” either. And the scroll is janky.

This causes me to miss messages from providers.

Also the constant canned “auto responses” whenever I send any message is so annoying. I can’t tell if it’s from a human. Sometimes it’s obvious I’m just responding to a provider/nurse but I get the full “hi I’m <random customer support person> let me review your convo history” “oh I’ll send this message along” “is there anything else I can help you with?” 3 spam messages almost anytime I message anyone.

This makes the chat unbearable when messaging actual Included Health staff or nurses which is the ONLY way to get in touch with them normally.

Make it stop. Seriously.

Also the second opinions and “find an expert/provider” services are extremely unreliable. More often than not the second opinion experts don’t fully answer my questions. I’ve only had one good experience with the second opinion. Please find better experts.

As for the “finding an expert/provider” this is also hit or miss, sometimes the clinic/provider they give me doesn’t even offer the services I’ve asked for. Other times it’s spot on, like a 30% success rate.

Please give us the ability to rate the provider found or the person we got an expert opinion from.

Didn't think my condition was serious

I'm so thankful that my brother encouraged me to call Dr On Demand because he said that I probably should go to the ER. And the doctor tonight told me to go to the ER right away. I didn't think it was as serious as it is. Very thankful for Included Health and Dr On Demand.

So convenient

I saw a nurse practitioner named Lynette Baker. She was thorough. She looked at the rash on the phone. She took good care of me very quickly and was just wonderful to talk to. She also discussed follow up with me.
