Needs improvement
Very difficult to navigate and locate what I am looking for
Not convenient as first time user
I need to access my insurance card, but have no idea what my login would be since i’m a new user. i tried to register and submitted the necessary member id and group number, but instead of rerouting me to a way of verifying my information and getting signed in, it just very unhelpfully told me i already have an account and to login.
I tried an email that i thought would be the login and requested a reset password. no confirmation if the email was right or not, just said “If you have a phone number registered with this email we’ll send you a code”.
Okay? I still have no clue how to sign in and there isn’t any number to call over the weekend. I shouldn’t have to trial and error every possible email to see if it happens to have my phone number attached. I literally HAVE my member id and group number for my insurance plan. It KNOWS I have something set up but offers 0 real solutions to help me get signed in. I don’t know when I would’ve already registered and the options to try and recover my username/email and password are wholly unhelpful. I am so annoyed.

App does not update or track with the web site. Of little use.
Password execution
Does not update passwords properly , UMR safe id is confusing, one app one password, don’t present options that are no different from the app itself
Try to avoid any rights
this insurance tries to skip most of the costs. You have to put a claim and their app as well as their tele system are the worst to make your life miserable. Unfortunately, my employer put us through this hell
